The new 5-axis gantry palletizer that with Tile-Control (caliber planar ), Tile-Sort (sorting line), Tile-Wrap (packaging machine) completes Appel’s end-of-line.
\nThe machine in its complete configuration is equipped with a pack turner, pack coupler, pack tipper and a gantry robot with motorized gripper for depositing packs, picking up empty pallets and interlayer.
\nIt is able to handle a wide range of formats, being able to handle up to 1800mm with a maximum capacity of 260kg.
\nThe entire line is managed by a single and simple 15.6″ touch-screen operator interface.
