Remote data sharing system.
Excel file that can be installed on any PC. The file automatically connects at start-up to the planar caliber and receives production statistics information.
The file is divided into 6 sections:
1. Dashboard main production data, e.g. date, time, format in production, tot. pcs. produced, tot. pcs. of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice, both caliber and planar.
2. History: section in which the initial dasboard information is stored at the end of the batch or manually when requested by the operator 
3. Caliber defects: Detailed analysis concerning the total of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th choice pieces for each defect analysed by the caliber.
4. Planar defects: Detailed analysis concerning the total of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th choice pieces for each defect analysed by the planar.
5. Last checked tile: Caliber and planar measurements relative to the last transited tile.
6. Saved tiles data: historicisation of caliber and planar measurements of the last tile passed. If the function is activated, the measurements and information of the last tile analysed by the machine are saved every minute.
