Composed of a sturdy anodized extruded aluminum frame, an electrical panel controlled by a standard PLC, a touch screen operator panel, 5 or more laser measurement sensors which take measurements during the rotation of the roller.
Using the control touch screen, the operator can introduce tolerance limits; if the measurements taken are within the limits, the piece will be compliant, otherwise the anomaly will be signaled on the panel and via a warning lamp.
Equipped with a quick-release system for the roller to the rotation device.
