New line of choice characterised by::

– New generation brushless motors, allowing lower energy consumption, better performance in speed and positioning accuracy.

– They greatly simplify the electrical structure of the machine, being controlled via the Ethercat field bus.

– The same motor model is used for all sorting and packaging machine axes, ensuring maximum simplicity and optimising spare parts management.

– Laserscanner-based safeties. This means that there are no machine-side encumbrances caused by photoelectric barriers. The laser scanner is also programmed to manage two separate safety areas, avoiding stopping the machine that is not affected by the emergency. For example, if an operator steps into the safety zone of the sorting line, it will immediately and safely stop its cycle, but the packaging machine will continue its work.

– Waste bucket changeover in total safety and without total machine stoppage.

– Dual motor system for each stacker for increased tile accumulation in case of downstream stops.

– Human-machine interface with large touch-screen display for fast and effective machine adjustment and diagnostics.

TILE WRAP

New packaging line characterised by:

– Double carton magazine, with ‘tray’ type cartons. With innovative tilting guide system for greater reliability even with cartons that are not perfectly flat.

– Hot glue box closing system. Latest generation machine and guns with perfect insulation to reduce risks and energy consumption.

– Stack dividing and centring stations integrated in the machine transport to optimise cycle times and reduce upstream machine downtime.

– Possibility of installing a module for the application of plastic protective corners. The module is seamlessly integrated into the machine, without taking up additional space, and positioned directly above the centring station. The protective corner is applied directly onto the stack before packing, thus providing perfect protection for the corners. The system is equipped with a double protective corner magazine to allow the operator to fill the empty magazine without interrupting the machine cycle.

– High productivity allows the closing of 10 boxes per minute.
