Measurement operations are simplified by the presence of a touch screen panel that guides the operator during measurement.

For the caliber control section, as the operator moves the measuring cursor, the tile sectors in which the measured measurements will be stored are graphically displayed. Should the cursor fall within one of the measurement sectors into which the tile is divided, this sector lights up green, and the operator instantly understands that he is in the correct measurement zone.

For the flatness control section, it is possible through a few simple parameters to divide the tile into a minimum of 25 sectors, up to a maximum of 81 sectors.
Through the measurements taken in each of these sectors, the data on the curvature of the corners, sides, center and warping will be displayed on the operator panel.

All data detected and calculated by the machine can be exported either directly by the operator via usb device, in csv format, or directly from the network by accessing via ftp server, or from the network via Modbus protocol.
