Tile Control P is an extremely simple measuring instrument in composition and use.
It consists of 5 laser sensors that are ideal for reading in difficult conditions (dark, textured materials), a small electrical panel that can be located even at a distance from the equipment, and an intuitive TOUCH-SCREEN display with a large, bright display.
With Ethernet and Usb ports already on board, it offers maximum data sharing. (supervision, tele-assistance, data downloading via USB).
Format changeover also can be done fully automatically, or manually via a simple handwheel, and takes only a few moments to perform.
Given the market tendency to produce larger and larger sizes, TILE CONTROL-P positioned at the kiln exit provides all the information in real time, and not on a sample basis, necessary to make timely corrections to the working parameters, thus avoiding the production of large quantities of defective material, noticing the defect itself only once the material is selected.
Through the TILE CONTROL-P it is also possible to detect the measurement of tile thickness, with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimeter.
The equipment can also be equipped with a WiFi access point, thanks to which operations for networking are greatly simplified.
