Tile Control is a measuring instrument for ceramic tiles. Used for dimensional, diagonal, flatness and thickness control; it boasts great ease of use combined with wide flexibility.

• Analysis of a wide range of sizes: from 100×100 up to 1200×2500 mm (widthxlength);

• High measurement accuracy, thanks to a resolution of +/- 0.02 mm and a repeatability of +/- 0.1 mm;
• Repeatable and accurate measurement of the diagonal, with graphical display on the operator panel of the longest diagonal. Diagonal calculation is performed by readings taken on the tile from 2 CCD sensors, instead of the traditional 4, thus realizing a simpler and more economical architecture;

• Possibility to connect the machine to any line of choice, be it a new plant or existing plant, thanks to the output signals that can be freely configured from the operator panel;
• Possibility of feedback control for work adjustment of grinding machines;
• Touch screen operator panel equipped with extremely simple and intuitive design with user level management;
• Use of laser sensors that ensure greater reliability on all types/colors of material;
• Configurable alarm signals to the operator;
• Wide freedom to connect to the equipment and share data, via wired Ethernet or WiFi, or by downloading to USB devices. This wide freedom of connection, also allows the activation at the customer’s request of a remote assistance service.
• Possibility of connection to a supervision software that collects all its statistical data by displaying them in intuitive bar graphs. The supervision system also allows the creation of a history related to each production batch.
